We now offer aged cocktails featuring both classic and house designed recipes that have been laid in oak casks. Cask aging is said to enhance tannins and vanillin while softening the hard edges of spirits. Impressions of previous cocktails left in the oak can come through. Results can be magical as well as unpredictable.

Many of our whiskies are very rare or limited edition and we are constantly looking for new exciting vintages and unique bottlings. We strive to bring you the best selection available in British Columbia as well as an explanation behind why we have chosen these products. Each bottle on our shelf has a unique story behind it and many are fascinating tales of bankruptcy, destroyed distilleries and perseverance against long odds.
