Our Wine List
With such a versatile menu we have the opportunity to offer many different varietals and styles of wine. We take great pride in showcasing the best that BC has to offer, while always remembering the old world roots. Our Champagne and sparkling wine program showcases the top houses from Europe and local estates. When selecting a wine for our list we make a conscious effort to uphold our culinary philosophy -that the freshest foods, ingredients and wine should inspire, balance and compliment one another.
All of our wines are priced competitively, which gives wine consumers an opportunity to splurge on top Burgundians, Tuscans or wine from the Okanagan Valley. The list is extensive and provides great selections for the novice and the seasoned palate. Our staff meets weekly for seminars and tastings, both cultivating knowledge and passion to better assist our guests.
Given the proximity and emergence of wineries in the Pacific Northwest, California, and particularly BC, we take great pride to offer the best of these regions. We also have excellent representation from all the major countries and their top regions. Wines, which are selected, are some of the best and truly rare wines of the world from boutique wineries to the big houses all over the globe. Our storage facilities are superb with wines under temperature control and all wines stored on premises, a majority of them in our large cellar that also functions as a unique setting for private parties.
